We have a new physician: Dr. Josh Lewis!
The Orthopaedic Center of Central Virginia is pleased to announce the association of Edward J. Lewis, MD.
Our new physician, Dr. Josh Lewis is a Board Certified Family Physician who is fellowship trained in sports medicine. He joins our practice as a non-operative musculoskeletal specialist. With the addition of Dr. Lewis’s expertise, we are able to continue providing coverage in our Acute Care Clinic as well as in the Lynchburg athletic community.
Dr. Lewis completed his medical training at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his internship at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in affiliation with Virginia Commonwealth University. He then went on to complete both his Family Medicine Residency and Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Virginia Commonwealth University Fairfax Family Practice.
Dr. Lewis joins our practice February 20th and is now accepting new patients. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Lewis, his wife, and three children to the Lynchburg community!
