Someone has been bailing hay.

Several folks have been swimming.

Someone has been doing the elliptical.

Someone has been walking 3 miles every evening with their honey (no stopping to smooch – till your done)

Someone goes to Fit Camp at 6:30am on Mondays (WOW – THAT IS EARLY - WOOHOOOOOO)

Several folks have been to evening Fit Camp at 5:30pm on Thursdays

Someone has been riding their bike.

Someone has been working in the yard.

Someone has started walking with a friend every evening after work.

Someone has been running 4 miles a day.

Someone has been swimming and using the elliptical.

Someone has been working out 6 days a week & teaching classes at the gym 3 days a week.

Someone has been jogging and bonding with their 13 year old daughter three times a week.

Someone has been walking and doing using their Wii Fit.

Someone has being doing ZUMBA!!!!  Warm up before on the elliptical and doing flexible strength classes.

Someone has been hiking, walking, doing yoga, core exercises…exercising with patients when they can…

Someone has been washing, cooking, cleaning, mowing, pulling weeds, cleaning campers, and walking.

Someone has been running and lifting heavy objects repeatedly.  

Someone has been walking on their lunch break and walking on their treadmill at home so they can walk the 4 miler

Someone rides their bike (stationary) and swims in their pool. 

Someone is going insane doing Insanity.

Someone is walking every night after dinner with their dogs.

Someone has been swinging kettle bells and doing get ups.

Several folks walked & ran (mostly walked) 2 miles last night on Monelison Middle School track.  They plan to do this 2-3 times per week.  

Someone else also rides their stationary bike at least 12 miles per week. 

Someone is dancing.

Someone takes 2 Body Pump classes and 2 Yoga classes each week.

Some have been swinging kettlebells…2-3 times per week.

Someone works daily about an hour in their flower garden.

Someone just joined the Roller Derby and is skating as often as possible!

Someone is using a Gazelle four times a week.

Someone is starting a new gym routine today!

Some have been learning to move better, which has made them feel better, and therefore do more!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING?  Movement is Life!
